Centellax SCS16000 是一款 500 MHz - 16 GHz 的時脈合成器並具備高 UI 抖動加載能力適用於需要加載各種抖動於待測物的情況. SCS16000 包含 sinusoidal jitter (SJ) 透過 GPIB 或 USB 控制.
