12.5G Pulse Generator
PPG12500是一款1-13 Gb/s 的單通道可程式脈衝碼型產生器. 具備24Mbit 使用者可程式編碼記憶體和兩個Tap De-emphasis供各種 Compliance 測試使用, 如 Backplane, Copper, PCIe, USB3.0, SAS, 802.3ap 10G Ethernet 和 Displayport 等等應用. 此設備整合了精確的 Clock/Data 相位調整功能以輸出所欲產生的波形.
該產生器具有24Mbit 可程式編碼記憶體及可調整的各種參數輸出. 儀器內部包含預設的多種電信和數據通信常用編碼, 包括CJPAT, CRPAT, K28.5, PRBS2 -1 [N = 7,9,10,11,15,23,29,31]等. 產生器差動輸出可調整 amplitude, crossover, DC offset 和 two-tap de-emphasis.
所有功能都可以控制面板或透過GPIB或USB來遠端程控制. Labview驅動程式可提供.
